General terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of Vocatus AG were produced on the basis of the terms and conditions recommended by the Association of German Market Research lnstitutes (ADM). They correspond to the requirements of the international code of practice for market and social research published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR).

Our terms and conditions  apply to all contracts and services provided by Vocatus AG.
